This section is designed to become a community resource where dialogue, information and news is encouraged for the purpose of creating the type of effective community partnership that Taubman is known for at our malls around the country.

We recognize that some of our neighbors have concerns regarding The Mall at Oyster Bay. We welcome those questions since much of what has been posed to date is based on misinformation deliberately disseminated to our neighbors by our competitors or those who have other agendas. It is important that as court decisions reaffirm the right to build The Mall at Oyster Bay, we create effective opportunities for communication with our neighbors and community colleagues.

I welcome requests to meet personally with you about the Mall, its anchor tenants, our responsibility to the community and the status of court decisions relating to construction.
